Improvements in these areas can help the business tremendously. Data science can help ESS business in these goals by making use of battery data. The levers of data application which can be used are: - Descriptive = what happened - Diagnostic = why it happened - Predictive = what will happen - Prescriptive = what to do about it These can help diagnose problems faster, troubleshoot them and carry out predictive maintenance, or even estimate and prevent abnormal battery degradation. The panel will discuss their experiences and ideas around such applications and challenges faced or success met in rolling it out at their respective businesses.
