Tracey was invited to our location to speak to both our office staff and manufacturing employees about her battle with heart failure and her new chance at life as an LVAD patient. She was delighted to learn that the batteries used to power her LVAD are actually manufactured and assembled right in Woodridge where she lives! When Tracey arrived at our facility, her enthusiasm and optimistic spirit immediately spread throughout our site. She was given a tour of our manufacturing floor and met with the people who work on the battery packs for her particular LVAD device, which she proudly stated will last 13 hours before needing to be recharged.  In front of our Patient Priority Wall, she shared her personal journey and thanked our staff for building the batteries that not only keep her alive but give her the ability to enjoy life. Tracey also had the opportunity to tell her story to our office staff during our quarterly Town Hall meeting. This visit from Tracey took our [Patient Priority Program](http://inventuspower.com/patient-prioriy-program/) to another level. Being able to see the positive impact of our daily efforts on her life was very powerful and rewarding. People are our priority and we will continue to keep patients, like Tracey, in mind during our daily work. ![20180426_110627](https://news.inventuspower.com/hs-fs/hubfs/20180426_110627.jpg?width=572&name=20180426_110627.jpg)![20180426_110912](https://news.inventuspower.com/hs-fs/hubfs/20180426_110912.jpg?width=321&name=20180426_110912.jpg)![Patient Ambassador Visit - Woodridge, IL](https://news.inventuspower.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Patient%20Ambassador%20Visit%20-%20Woodridge%2c%20IL.jpg?width=319&name=Patient%20Ambassador%20Visit%20-%20Woodridge%2c%20IL.jpg)![20180426_114120](https://news.inventuspower.com/hs-fs/hubfs/20180426_114120.jpg?width=575&name=20180426_114120.jpg)   Tags: [Company News](https://news.inventuspower.com/blog/tag/company-news), [Medical](https://news.inventuspower.com/blog/tag/medical), [Patient Priority](https://news.inventuspower.com/blog/tag/patient-priority) [Back to Inventus Power Blog](https://news.inventuspower.com/blog) # How can we help you? ![](https://news.inventuspower.com/hubfs/blog-icon-phone-1.png) ![](https://news.inventuspower.com/hubfs/blog-icon-rfq-1.png) ![](https://news.inventuspower.com/hubfs/blog-icon-email-1.png) [Home](https://inventuspower.com) > [Inventus Power Blog](https://news.inventuspower.com/blog) > Heart Survival Patient Shares Motivating Message to Woodridge, IL Staff - [PRODUCTS](https://inventuspower.com/products/) - [Battery Packs](https://inventuspower.com/products/battery-packs/) - [Chargers & Docking Stations](https://inventuspower.com/products/chargers-docking-stations/) - [Power Supplies](https://inventuspower.com/products/power-supplies/) - [MARKETS](https://inventuspower.com/markets/) - [Consumer](https://inventuspower.com/markets/consumer/) - [Critical Power](https://inventuspower.com/markets/critical-power/) - [Data Capture](https://inventuspower.com/markets/data-capture/) - [Industrial & Commercial Vehicle](https://inventuspower.com/markets/industrial-commercial-vehicle/) - [Lawn & Garden](https://inventuspower.com/markets/lawn-and-garden/) - [Medical](https://inventuspower.com/markets/medical/) - [Military](https://inventuspower.com/markets/military-govt/) - [Power Tools](https://inventuspower.com/markets/power-tools/) - [Professional Cleaning](https://inventuspower.com/markets/professional-cleaning/) - [TECHNOLOGY](https://inventuspower.com/technology/) - [Battery Technology](https://inventuspower.com/technology/battery-technology/) - [Patented Solutions](https://inventuspower.com/technology/innovations-patented-solutions/) - [Global Engineering](https://inventuspower.com/technology/global-engineering-support/) - [CAPABILITIES](https://inventuspower.com/capabilities/) - [Global Manufacturing](https://inventuspower.com/capabilities/global-manufacturing/) - [Testing & Certifications](https://inventuspower.com/capabilities/independent-testing-certification/) - [Sourcing & Supply Chain](https://inventuspower.com/capabilities/strategic-sourcing-and-global-supply-chain/) - [Brazil Solutions](https://inventuspower.com/capabilities/brazil-solutions/) - [ABOUT](https://inventuspower.com/about/) - [Our Company](https://inventuspower.com/about/our-company/) - [Leadership](https://inventuspower.com/about/leadership/) - [Careers](https://inventuspower.com/about/careers/) - [Locations](https://inventuspower.com/about/locations/) - [Resources](https://inventuspower.com/about/resources/) - [Blog](https://news.inventuspower.com/blog) - [REQUEST A QUOTE](https://inventuspower.com/request-a-quote/) - [CONTACT US](https://inventuspower.com/contact-us/) ©2022 Inventus Power Inventus Power is the leading source for custom power solutions.
