Inventus Power is excited to announce that we will be working with Qatar Environment & Energy Research Institute (QEERI) in support of efforts to provide state-of-the-art solar-powered energy storage systems (ESS) for the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia regions.

QEERI, part of Hamad Bin Khalifa University (KBKU), is a national research institute tasked with supporting Qatar in addressing its grand challenges related to energy, water, and the environment. With its experienced scientists, engineers, and technicians, QEERI aims to make a lasting positive impact on Qatar and the region.

This collaboration combines QEERI’s significant knowledge and expertise in solar-powered renewable energies and Inventus Power’s extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing advanced Li-ion battery systems. A meeting with R&D staff from QEERI and Inventus Power QFZ was held on June 14, 2022, to initiate project discussions. Together, QEERI and Inventus Power QFZ will focus on developing solar renewable ESS for residential applications – nano grids, farming in remote areas – microgrids, and electric vehicle charging stations.
